  • Should I speak to my doctor before starting WHiL?

    Yes, we would always advise having regular check-ins with a healthcare professional because they can give you advice specific to you, especially if there is something in particular you are concerned about. While Dr. Ros is a fully qualified medical doctor, she cannot prescribe to your circumstances through the course material, which is designed to be accessible to all.

    We are not a quick-fix, training, or crash-dieting solution. You might notice positive feelings from the first steps of understanding yourself better, or it might take time to put the teaching into action. Results vary for everyone.

    What’s important to us is longevity. We take a different approach for lasting results and greater overall health. As the saying goes: "Rome wasn't built in a day." We're here to support you for the long run.

  • Do I need a lot of time to follow the WHiL programme?
