At the heart of WHiL are seven simple, science-backed principles, each one helping you to build a life of balance, energy, and ease.

WHiL will be brought to life by a 12 week course with 7 in person workshops with guided self-practice in between sessions.

Each element is delivered by compassionate and dedicated facilitators who want to support you to achieve optimum health through simple and effective habit stacking.

What to expect:

  • X7 in-person workshops delivered every other week from July 16th 2025 (WHiL Wednesdays!)

  • Workshop dates are as follows:

    • July 16th, July 30th, August 13th, August 27th, September 10th, September 24th, October 8th 

  • Beautifully chosen keepsakes to support your WHiL journey that include a bespoke tumbler, bound journal, athleisure wear and more

  • Week 7: Where now after WHiL? A look back on the course and arming you with all the tools to continue living your very healthiest life possible

    FOUNDER & MEDICAL DOCTOR

    I’m Dr Ros — a purpose-driven doctor combining medical science with real-life insight to help people take back control of their health. Through my clinic and the WHiL framework, I focus on gut health, hormones, and habits that truly support long-term wellbeing. As a mum of four, I bring empathy and practicality to everything I do — no fads, just tools that work.

    Ruth Walters

    NUTRITIONIST

    Ruth is a self-described “thoughtful foodie” and passionate advocate for real, whole foods. Her journey began with a Paleo reset while training for her first marathon, but it’s evolved into a more intuitive, balanced approach to eating—one rooted in what truly makes her feel good. She holds a Level 6 Diploma in Nutrition & Health from BCNH and believes in the power of small, lasting changes.

With a background in leadership and emotional intelligence, Lyanna brings a whole-person approach that supports reflection, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
